went to new york at the end of september, came back and one of my roommates had disappeared.
went to new york at the beginning of november, and the other one started to pack up.
then i left for thanksgiving and when i came back, he was gone.
turns out the couch was the first guy's and the kitchen table and the tv were the second guy's, so it's empty like a ghost town.
i hardly ever even saw the other guys anyway but it's still weird to have the place to myself.
i guess instead of the last guy always turning up the heat and me always turning it down, it will just stay cool.

this mp3 has been my ringtone since thanksgiving a year ago, i figured that was long enough and that i was due for a change, but i couldn't bring myself to do it

i was sitting there trying to do the calculations regarding euros and shipping from different european countries (because they were giving me record prices in us dollars but shipping in euros) when i found a website that shows the stock of a ton of domestic and international record stores.
so i just got it from a record store in minnesota and skipped the whole euro thing.
needless to say, when it showed up today, i was glad that i didn't have to wait for it to clear customs in italy.
